Custom attributes for event-level analysis
When you configure a widget, you can use the attributes from the event log to specify what data is displayed. Also, you can create your own attributes for event-level analysis.
You have the following options:

Event-count attributes: Attributes that count events.

Duration attributes: Attributes that measure the duration between two events.
Create event-count attributes
Follow these steps:

Open your process, and in the sidebar, click Custom attributes.
The attributes overview opens.

Click New attribute > New event-count attribute.

In the Add custom event-count attribute dialog, do the following:

In the Name field, enter a name for the custom attribute.

From the Event names list, select one or more events you want to count.

Confirm with Save.
The new attribute is added on the Custom attributes page and can be used in your widgets.
Create duration attributes
Follow these steps:

Open your process, and in the sidebar, click Custom attributes.
The attributes overview opens.

Click New attribute > New duration attribute.

In the Add custom attribute dialog, do the following:

In the Name field, enter a name for the custom attribute.

Under Type, select whether to use an event or an attribute for both the first and the last event.

From the First event list, select either an event from the list or enter the attribute supposed to be the start point of the calculation.

From the Last event list, select either an event from the list or enter the attribute supposed to be the end point of the calculation.

For events, use the option to determine whether the first or last occurrence of the event should be used for the calculation.

Confirm with Save.
The new attribute is added on the Custom attributes page and can be used in your widgets.
Delete custom attributes
Deleting a custom attribute can't be undone.
Follow these steps:

Open your process, and in the sidebar, click Custom attributes.
The attributes overview opens.

Click
for the custom attribute you want to delete.
The custom attribute is deleted.
